Festival of Trees

This happened on Saturday December 4, 2010.

We decided to take a break from studying and head to the Festival of Trees.

Especially to see Sarah's beautiful gingerbread house.

It is absolutely A-MAZ-ING!

I love Santa's legs sticking out of the chimney.

A few of my favorite trees.

I almost started crying when I saw this. I can just picture a little girl loving this kitchen.

Snowmen, Elmo and Nightmare Before Christmas.

Lord of the Rings, Anne of Green Gables and of course, the UTES

This Toy Story tree was special to me.

It's titled, To Eternity and Beyond.

Many of the trees are dedicated to children who have passed away.

Kevin and I next to a cute little car. 

Kevin and I started talking about making a tree next year for Gracie and anyone else who has had to go through a miscarriage. I'm so glad that we were able to go because this year we won't have a tree. Life is just a little too difficult right now.

Luckily, in my dreams I can still remember this tree we had last year. 

The perfect Christmas tree? 

All Christmas trees are perfect!
