Almost every night that I was in New York, I had to go to the Creperie.
These are no ordinary crepes.
They're made in a teeny little restaurant space that is smaller than a studio apartment.
How? I have no clue.
They even once had a Throwdown with Bobbie Flay.
But they're made right in front of you.
Nice, hot and fresh.
The best ever.
I'm now wishing I could go get one.
My favorite is "The Famous Crepe" with strawberry, banana, Nutella,
vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
Yum! I would have gone every night too.
ReplyDeleteAhhh...that sounds divine. I went to a creperie in Berlin, it was good, but you could only get two things in your crepe. I want to eat here!
ReplyDeleteCrepes don't need a larger space to cook with as long as the equipment is there.
