While Lisa was travelling back East, she left me a gift for every day of her trip. Pictures of all of those gifts are on Tumblr, but I will admit that most of my favorites were toys. It has been a long time since I had played with Legos, so I was pretty excited to get my Star Wars Lego Hoth battle set. I also got a Hot Wheels car, and a finger board, just to name a few.
When she got home, the fun continued. She brought back from her trip a collection of Cars Legos figures consisting of Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater. Once monsoon season hit and we got stuck inside during a rain storm, we put them together and had some fun.
Boys will be boys, and so will most grown men.
