William Paca House

My vacation back East actually started in Historic Annapolis for a dear friend's wedding.
While I was there, I took a lovely tour of the William Paca House.

The beautiful house at one point became a hotel called Carvel Hall that closed in 1964.
My grandmother being a navy wave herself, may have memories of the old hotel.

However, thank goodness that the Historic Annapolis Foundation decided to restore
the house to its original way as much as they could.

The jewel of this old house is the garden and what a lovely day it was to be outside.
Now that I have a new computer, I hope to share some more pictures from the trip.
If you're ever in Annapolis you should take a tour of this house.
