Labor Day at the Indian Springs house means the streets are lined with flags and a trip up to the mountains in search of fall colors is in order. So we did just that and decided to take advantage of the good weather while we could. We headed up to Silver Lake at Brighton Ski Resort in Big Cottonwood Canyon. To be honest, I think it was my first time ever going to Brighton in the summer and it was really beautiful. Seeing the changing colors did wonders for my soul.

My dad and I climbed up to Twin Lake as well. I didn't realize how out of shape I am! |
