Day 22: Pray sincerely for someone

I recently had a friend get into a really bad bicycle accident. He was hit by a car and could have been paralyzed or even worse, died. We're all so grateful that while it will be a slow and long recovery, it looks like he will make it through. I've been sending prayers to his family and to the driver that hit him, that they may all be able to find peace.

There's nothing like the power of prayer and knowing that someone is asking for the greatest help to be in your life. Prayer is one of the most selfless ways to serve and it is often the most touching thing for me to find out when someone has been praying for my well-being.
