It was my first time going to a Christmas tree farm, picking out a tree and then cutting it down.
When my aunt asked me if I wanted to come along, of course I said yes! Then later that evening my cousin and his wife, along with their nieces came to decorate. The girls were so excited and carefully chose where each ornament went. It helped remind me what this season is all about.
“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”
