Tonight I was at institute with Kevin and it was a hard lesson for me to hear. It was on trials. This year alone, I feel that I've been through so much and I realize that I just don't like to talk about it. Here are a few quotes that were really good and it helped me.
"Real storm fronts do pass turbulently through our lives, but they do not last forever. We can learn the important difference between passing, local cloud cover, and general darkness."
-Elder Neal A. Maxwell
This helped me that some things are not as bad as we make them out to be. We need to hold on and remember that the sun will come out again soon.
"We will not as a people, as families, or as individuals be exempt from the trials to come. No one will be spared the trials common to home and family, work, disappointment, grief, health, again, ultimately death."
-President Boyd K. Packer
Problems and trials happen to everyone. We need to remember to help each other through them. Are you a burden or are you helping to lighten the burden?
Remember you can make it through anything. HUGS!
This is kinda perfect for how I've been feeling lately. Thanks :)
