I've been watching the news and hearing about the devastation
with floods and tornados in the South.
Not to mention all the earthquakes in Japan.
Oh so sad.
But the hard part, is that we never know when it could happen to us.
Which is why, I find it very important to be prepared.
However, food storage is just not my cup of tea.
I guarantee you all that food we'd prepare to for an emergency would just sit there
and go bad and I'd forget about it and so if an emergency ever did happen, it would
be too gross to eat. Yuck!
I was recently introduced to the idea of freeze dried food.
Easy to store, just add water-they said.
They forgot to add,
-stores for 25 years (which means I can forget about it)
-great gourmet taste
-doesn't take up space
-inexpensive
-your kids can prepare it
Sounds good to me.
Plus, this is what athletes use.
I can see why.
