There is something about flowers that inspire me. I don't know what it is but there is something about finding growing flowers out here that just make me smile. I think it is great living in a city where flowers can be found everywhere amongst an foreign urban land. There's something about flowers that lightens my mood and makes me smile, knowing that everything will be okay. F
lowers also always remind me of my mom.
It's no secret that if I miss home or am just having a down day, flowers will almost instantly do the trick. It doesn't matter what kind of flowers, all varieties and colors make me think different things. The more colorful, the better.

Those are beautiful flowers!! i too love flowers that are bright and cheerful and smell pretty. if only flowers last longer in vases.
ReplyDeletePeonies are, hands down, my favorite flower. I don't know why I didn't see it before. Martha Stewart would always talk about her Peony party in the spring, but somehow I never truly understood how beautiful they were until about a year ago.
