"Be still, my soul: The Lord is on thy side;
with patience bear thy cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In ev'ry change be faithful will remain.
Be still, my soul: Thy best, thy heav'nly Friend
Thru thorny ways leads to a joyful end."
I have been facing quite a struggle and a challenge lately. It seems when I am facing something difficult, I become quiet on this little space until it passes. I haven't found what will carry me through this one yet. Although, I keep facing it one day at a time because that is all I can do.
Remember to take time to be still. It's hard to find the answer when you're caught up and drawn in so many different directions. Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in what really isn't important or isn't going to help you reach your ultimate goal.
That's when it is important to be still and recharge your spirit. God knows where He wants you to be and needs you most. He will not lead you astray.
"And whoso receiveth you, there I will be also, for I will go before your face. I will be on your right hand and on your left, and my Spirit shall be in your hearts, and mine angels round about you, to bear you up." -Doctrine and Covenants 84:88
Happy Sunday!
